*SHIPPING POLICIES
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. This excludes items that have to be sent freight, are oversized, or over weight. These items are marked additional shipping charges apply. Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO orders. If this applies to you please contact us at sales@modernparts.com before ordering. All items will be shipped from the closest warehouse, that will get it to your door in the shortest amount of time. We reserve the right to ship from the carrier of our choice. Most products are shipped within 24 hours of ordering, unless it has to be special ordered from the manufacturer or any custom work is being done to the item.
RETURN POLICIES
We guarantee your satisfaction of all items that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your new, uninstalled item, including original packaging, parts, and all paperwork included within 30 days of your purchase. All items returned must be accompanied by RA# which can be obtained by contacting sales@modernparts.com.
Any shipments received without a clearly marked RA# will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any items returned without RA# and personal information on or accompaning the part will not be the responsibility of Modern Parts.
All items that are received in above stated condition, and ready for resale will receive a full refund, excluding actual shipping cost. We do not accept returns if the item has been used or installed, custom painted, otherwise marked non-returnable, special ordered from the factory, or items returned later than 30 days after delivery. All special order items that are defective must be returned to the manufacturer. All items are subject to inspection before a credit or refund is given.
All items that are returned without issue will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds will be given less our actual shipping cost that we included for free on the original order. This is actual shipping price, no hidden handling fees.
